Terms of Service
- By using Nasir Tours service, you accept the Terms and Conditions for using the current version thereof. Nasir Tours, shall reserve the right to amend the present Terms and Conditions at any time
- Nasir Tours shall invest reasonable efforts into making the service available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Inevitable interruptions, notably those related to servicing and maintenance, if possible, shall be notified on the website. Nasir Tours shall bear no responsibility in the event of service unavailability. There is no legal right applicable to the use or the maintenance of the service. Nasir Tours shall reserve the right to making changes, to limiting or to terminating certain functionalities of the service
- The service is intended for all customers. In order to use Nasir Tours service, users are obliged to register with true and accurate data. Users are obliged to register. Users shall bear the responsibility for the use of the service. Nasir Tours shall not be held responsible for any potential damages that user might suffer in the course of the use of the service or due to service unavailability during certain periods.

To register and to use Nasir Tours service, users are required to share the following data:
- Name and Surname
- Selected username/valid e-mail address
- Selected password
Once successfully registered, registered users will receive a confirmation e-mail containing an activation link, allowing access to the internet services. Activation
link needs to be activated otherwise, it will be rendered invalid. In such event, re-registration
shall be required.

Registration is available to any Nasir Tours user. Nasir Tours shall reserve the right, without any previous notice, to limit or to terminate service access to certain users, if such users use the service in an illegal manner or if they use
false data. This shall be especially applicable in the event of reasonable doubt that:
- user data used upon registration are untrue,
- online services are used to commit fraud,
- third parties have attempted accessing someone else's username and password.
In the event a user suspects that their username has been used in an unauthorized manner, they shall inform the Nasir Tours
Customer Relations Center at once on the potentially unauthorized use of services on their behalf.
- Nasir Tours service is free of charge. Nasir Tours shall settle the provision payable upon ticket payment.
- In case of need for refund, users shall fill out the request form, available in all Nasir Tours offices.
- Copyright for all documents (texts, images, etc.) used in the development of the Website and owned by the Company, unless otherwise stated. Users and third parties shall not obtain any copyrights, licenses and other associated rights by the act of using the webpage. Any and all documents made available on the webpage and the contents thereof may not be altered, reproduced, supplemented or used in any other manner without the previous written consent of the company.

Nasir Tours, as Personal Data Controller, is committed to ensuring protection and safety of any and all personal data that users share upon the use of the online service/the internet page or of any and all personal data shared for the purpose of meeting legal obligations towards users. Personal data processed by Nasir Tours
Personal data processing is undertaken in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, LPDP) and the internal acts of Nasir Tours, applicable to specific and clearly defined processing objectives to ensure proper use of online services offered by Nasir Tours. By selecting the service registration option, you agree that Nasir Tours may collect, process and store your personal data. Personal data shared shall not be used for any other purpose and shall not be shared with any other third parties without your consent, unless otherwise specified by law. Your personal data may be transferred to EU member states, based on an approval issued to Nasir Tours by the Personal Data Protection Agency.
For the purpose of user registration, Nasir Tours shall make the following personal data public:
- name and last name
- address
- contact information/phone number, e-mail
Any and all persons using Nasir Tours services shall enter true and accurate data. Users shall bear the responsibility for the use of the service.
Rights of users
Pursuant to the LPDP, users shall be entitled to access the data they have shared with Nasir Tours, and shall also be entitled to personal data correction, in the event of amendments or error upon entry thereof. The request to access personal data shall be sent to contact@nasirtours.mk or shall be filed with the closest Nasir Tours Office.
As a Nasir Tours customer, you shall notify us on any change of your personal data within 30 days thereof. Otherwise, the personal data you have shared shall be deemed valid.
Personal data shared shall be kept and processed by Nasir Tours as long as there is need for processing thereof, that is, as long as the objective for sharing thereof shall exist.
Protection and safety measures
Nasir Tours shall take all technical and organizational measures required to ensure proper protection of personal data against any potential misuse, unauthorized access, loss, unplanned destruction or disclosure thereof.
Nasir Tours shall continuously observe all legal provisions applicable to personal data protection and it shall be constantly harmonizing its acts with the legal provisions deriving from the LPDP and the Rulebook on the Technical and Organizational Measures Aimed Towards Ensuring Secrecy and Protection of Personal Data Processing issued by the Personal Data Protection Agency.
Right to access personal data, contained on the internet page, shall have only persons authorized to process personal data by Nasir Tours. Nasir Tours shall reserve the right to amendment of the present Privacy Policy in the event of legal amendments or amendments to the technical and organization measures aimed towards protecting users' personal data.
